Virginia’s Attorney General Miyares Launches Investigation into Insulin Pricing

Virginia’s Attorney General, Jason Miyares, announced Tuesday his office is investigating whether insulin manufacturers and pharmacy benefit managers (PBMs) have artificially inflated prices while “deceiving consumers”.
